An adult over the age of 21, with valid ID must be home to receive your order. Please ensure that someone will be home between 12-6pm on your chosen date. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific delivery window requests. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, your order will be available for pick up at our store in Burbank the next day between 12-6pm, or can be scheduled for redelivery for a fee of $15.
